Summary
Own-initiative report on the Consumer Scoreboard. Amendments stress the Scoreboard as a tool for citizens to benefit from the Internal Market, call for more complete data, refined statistics and new indicators including on complaints and consumer literacy, harmonisation of complaint classification systems, cooperation between Member States' statistical offices and Eurostat, summaries in all official languages, and greater visibility.
