Summary
This own-initiative report concerns the European job mobility action plan (2007-2010). The amendments stress labour and geographical mobility for the internal market and the Lisbon strategy, call to mainstream labour mobility across Community policies, and address obstacles to mobility, social security, workers' rights and equal treatment, links between education and the labour market, foreign-language teaching, flexicurity, and restrictions on workers from new Member States.
