Non-discrimination based on gender and inter-generational solidarity

An own-initiative report on non-discrimination based on gender and inter-generational solidarity. The amendments cite the Lisbon Strategy target for women's employment, address work/life balance and demographic change, the status and monetisation of unpaid care and household work performed mainly by women, the principle of equal treatment without discrimination, a pact between the sexes and generations, the 'sandwich generation', and personal care services.
