Summary
An own-initiative report on active dialogue with citizens on Europe. The amendments address the gap between citizens and EU institutions, education in European law and history and departments of European Studies, the role of regions, local and regional authorities and NGOs, communication campaigns, cohesion policy, integration of immigrants and third-country nationals, and cite the referendum on the Lisbon Treaty in Ireland.
