Report on Competition Policy 2006 and 2007

Own-initiative report on competition policy for 2006 and 2007. The amendments add references to a written declaration on the abuse of power by large supermarkets and State aid rules for financial institutions, and address a fine imposed on Microsoft, the fining principles in a regulation, damages actions for anti-trust breaches, abuse of buying power over suppliers, online advertising, public procurement, and review of merger rules.
