Multiannual plan for the western stock of Atlantic horse mackerel and the fisheries exploiting that stock

This dossier sets a multiannual plan for the western stock of Atlantic horse mackerel and the fisheries exploiting it. The amendments address the stock's distribution across ICES Divisions and Community, international and Norwegian waters, the twofold uses of catches, splitting the total allowable catch into a south-western TAC for Division VIIIc and a north-western TAC, special fishing authorisations, vessel monitoring systems, and the plan's biomass and sustainable-yield objective.
