Summary
This dossier concerns making available on the market and use of biocidal products. The amendments revise provisions on Union and national authorisation, the role of the Agency and competent authorities, fees, treated articles, active substances and substitution, simplified procedures for lower-risk products, nanomaterials, and the precautionary principle for protecting human and animal health and the environment.
