A consultation procedure on a long-term plan for the anchovy stock in the Bay of Biscay and the fisheries exploiting it. The amendments concern closure of the fishery, climate change and a northward shift extending the plan to additional ICES zones, spawning-biomass thresholds and harvest rates advised by the STECF, rules for setting the total allowable catch and quotas including a zero TAC, scientific monitoring, and landing controls.
