Summary
Legislative proposal on specific measures for agriculture in the outermost regions. The amendments address derogations under Regulation (EC) No 247/2006, including sugar dispatch from the Azores, supplies of milk-based preparations to the Canary Islands, the elimination of prohibited direct-producer hybrid vine varieties in the Azores and Madeira, and the authorisation of UHT milk reconstituted from milk powder in Madeira and Reunion.
