The amendments address under-funding of Heading 4 'The EU as a Global Player', the Instrument for Pre-Accession, the European Neighbourhood Policy, financing of the European Economic Recovery Plan, the Multiannual Financial Framework and its mid-term review, decommissioning of the Kozloduy nuclear power plant, and implications of the Lisbon Treaty for the budgetary procedure and the CFSP.
