Summary

A discharge decision on the European Maritime Safety Agency for the financial year 2008. The amendments note interest income partly repaid to the Directorate-General for Energy and Transport, criticise legal commitments entered into before the corresponding budgetary commitments as previously flagged by the Court of Auditors, and regret the absence of a multi-annual work programme, welcoming a forthcoming five-year strategy and Key Performance Indicators.
