Summary
A 2008 discharge decision for the European Police College (CEPOL). Amendments criticise the former director's management, including a faulty system for claiming staff travel and mobile-phone costs, the Governing Board's failure to take disciplinary action, and the use of appropriations to finance private expenditure, call for recovery of funds and an external audit, request an Action Plan reported every six months, suggest a Court of Auditors review of regulatory agencies and possibly attaching the College to Europol, and reference AGIS, ISEC and MEDA revenue.
