Summary
This own-initiative report concerns the second revision of the ACP–EC Partnership (Cotonou) Agreement. Amendments address the role of parliaments and non-state actors, Economic Partnership Agreements and regionalisation, the European Development Fund and European Investment Bank, tax evasion and capital flight, food security and agriculture, migration including circular migration, human-rights clauses, and the International Criminal Court and Rome Statute.
