Summary
An own-initiative report on deontological questions related to companies' management. The amendments address the economic crisis, profits in the financial sector disconnected from the real economy, disproportionately high remuneration and the bonus system, the Commission's 2009 recommendations on directors' remuneration, binding rather than voluntary measures, proportionality of pay linked to staff, and caps for directors of companies receiving public aid.
