Human rights, social and environmental standards in international trade agreements

This own-initiative report concerns human rights, social and environmental standards in international trade agreements. The amendments call for human rights impact assessments and binding human-rights, social and environmental clauses with suspension mechanisms, action through the WTO and GSP+ system, a ban on importing goods produced by slave, forced or child labour, review of EU export controls on technology and arms to repressive regimes, and the right to development.
