Summary

Legislative dossier on the EU/Korea Free Trade Agreement bilateral safeguard clause. The amendments concern conditions for safeguard measures against increased imports causing or threatening serious injury to Union producers, reliability of import and export statistics, monitoring of production capacities, social, environmental and competition obligations under the Agreement, customs duty drawback, civil-society involvement, and annual reporting by the Commission.
