Summary
Legislative proposal establishing a European Heritage Label. The amendments revise references to the Treaty and Union citizenship, synergies with the UNESCO World Heritage List and the Council of Europe's European Cultural Routes, the definition of 'sites', objectives on European citizens' sense of belonging especially among young people, funding from the Culture Programme, participation of Member States and third countries, and the selection criteria for candidate sites.
