A regulation on agricultural statistics for permanent crops. The amendments establish a common framework for producing European statistics on permanent crops, set thresholds for excluding small holdings and minimum planted areas, define regional breakdowns at NUTS levels, transmission deadlines and quality reports to the Commission (Eurostat), use of the vineyard register, delegated acts, and tables on wine-grower holdings by area, production type and specialisation.
