Single European railway area. Recast

This dossier recasts the rules establishing a single European railway area. The amendments address the separation between transport services and infrastructure management and its effects on employment and social conditions of rail workers, non-discriminatory access for railway undertakings via the network statement and to service facilities, separation of accounts, infrastructure financing and charging, capacity allocation, regulatory bodies, and noise reduction.
