European External Action Service (EEAS): organisation and functioning

This dossier concerns the organisation and functioning of the European External Action Service. The amendments revise recitals and provisions on the EEAS supporting the High Representative in conducting the Common Foreign and Security Policy and CSDP, its staff and recruitment, the role of the European Parliament and national parliaments in scrutiny, the Financial Regulation and Court of Auditors, the Secretary-General, directorates, and Union delegations led by Heads of Delegation.
