An own-initiative report on key competences for a changing world and implementation of the education and training 2010 work programme. The amendments rework recitals and paragraphs on the quality of education, equal access irrespective of age, gender or socio-economic background, EU benchmarks and skills shortages, early school leaving, literacy, the Bologna Process, language and digital competences, the European Qualifications Framework, the teaching profession, and integration of people with disabilities.
