Implementation of the Services Directive 2006/123/EC

An own-initiative report on implementing the Services Directive 2006/123/EC. The amendments debate whether the internal services market should develop while preserving the European social model and decent, secure jobs, the directive's contribution to the single market and to self-employed persons and SMEs, transposition, the share of services in EU jobs and GDP, workers' rights, the Viking, Laval and Rüffert case-law, and services excluded from the directive's scope.
