Summary
Report on unlocking the potential of cultural and creative industries. Amendments address trade in cultural and creative-industry (CCI) goods and services, the regulatory framework for creativity and innovation, the protection of intellectual property rights and copyright, the TRIPS Agreement and ACTA, e-commerce and the internet, the UNESCO Convention on cultural diversity, and inequalities and discrimination faced by practitioners in the sector.
