Summary
This own-initiative report addresses the EU's single market and external energy policy. The amendments call for synergies between EU trade and energy policy, renewables, energy efficiency and security of supply, and separately for eliminating single-market barriers, reducing tax barriers for cross-border workers, supporting SMEs and venture capital, and ensuring access to basic banking services.
