Summary
This dossier concerns Structural Funds provisions on repayable assistance, financial engineering and the statement of expenditure. The amendments address the territorial dimension of cohesion, reuse of reimbursed repayable assistance for the same purpose, monitoring and transparency of financial engineering instruments by Member States and the Commission, publication of beneficiaries, operations and public funding allocated, and the information to be provided in statements of expenditure.
