Summary
This dossier concerns the EU/ACP countries' Economic Partnership Agreements, on excluding certain countries from trade preferences and Commission delegated powers. Some amendments reject the Commission proposal, while others set the conferral of delegated powers on the Commission for a five-year tacitly extendable period with European Parliament and Council objection rights, and alter the date of application of the act.
