This dossier concerns the European grouping of territorial cooperation (EGTC), clarifying, simplifying and improving the establishment and functioning of such groupings. The amendments revise the EGTC Regulation on participation of third countries, outermost regions and overseas countries and territories, applicable law, the convention and statutes, approval periods and tacit agreement, members' limited or unlimited liability and insurance, staff rules, a public register, and a report on the Regulation's application.
