Trans-European energy infrastructure: guidelines

Dossier on guidelines for trans-European energy infrastructure. Amendments concern the Union-wide list and ranking of projects of common interest in electricity, gas and carbon dioxide, their 'priority status' and one-stop-shop permit granting, public participation and environmental procedures, cross-border cost allocation, monitoring of cost over-runs, and the designation of a European coordinator, alongside Union financial assistance for studies and works.
