This dossier is a recast on making simple pressure vessels available on the market, within the 'Goods package'. The amendments address manufacturers' and importers' indication of their name, trade mark and address or web address on the vessel, the EU declaration of conformity, conformity assessment bodies and their independence, national accreditation under Regulation (EC) No 765/2008, notified bodies, transition time for stocks, and transposition deadlines for Member States.
