Pyrotechnic articles: making available on the market. Recast. 'Goods package'

This dossier concerns a recast directive on the making available on the market of pyrotechnic articles, part of the 'Goods package'. The amendments address obligations on manufacturers, importers and authorised representatives to indicate name and address, labelling, the definition of 'firework', cultural customs and traditions, the EU declaration of conformity, conformity assessment bodies and notified bodies, national accreditation, and transitional validity of certificates issued under the earlier directive.
