Summary
This dossier concerns nuclear decommissioning assistance programmes in Bulgaria, Lithuania and Slovakia for 2014-2020. Amendments address the closure and decommissioning of the Kozloduy, Ignalina and Bohunice plants, set out the financial envelope and its distribution among the programmes, and stress safety standards, ex ante conditionalities, revised decommissioning plans and co-financing. They provide for evaluation, reporting and audit, including roles for the Court of Auditors and OLAF.
