Summary
Legislative proposal establishing the Creative Europe programme 2014-2020. Amendments revise recitals on the cultural and creative sectors, the impact of the digital shift on how cultural goods are made and accessed, and the difficulty SMEs, micro-enterprises and small operators face in accessing finance, and adjust provisions on a financial facility and the programme's indicative financial envelope referenced in the Interinstitutional Agreement.
