Summary
This dossier establishes a financing instrument for development cooperation for 2014-2020. Amendments address poverty eradication, the Millennium Development Goals, human rights, gender equality, the rule of law and good governance, policy coherence under Article 208 TFEU, the Joint Africa-EU Strategy, conflict prevention and peace-building, post-disaster reconstruction, climate change mitigation, strategy papers with partner countries, and the involvement of civil society organisations and local authorities.
