Summary
This legislative proposal establishes a Partnership Instrument for cooperation with third countries for 2014-2020. The amendments revise objectives for engaging partner countries on global challenges and global governance — including climate change and the transition to a greener economy, trade and investment, support for SMEs, the promotion of human rights, democracy and good governance, and public diplomacy — with references to the 'Europe 2020' strategy and delegated acts.
