Summary
This dossier concerns temporary judges of the EU Civil Service Tribunal. The amendments provide that the appointment of temporary judges should offer every guarantee as regards independence, impartiality, competence and suitability, and should be balanced and drawn on the widest possible geographical basis from among nationals of the Member States.
