Summary
A report on the mandate for the trilogue on the 2012 budget. The amendments deal with funding for EU external action and foreign policy, support for the Southern and Eastern Neighbourhood and civil society, instruments such as EIDHR, ENPI, IfS, IPA and DCI, CSDP missions, human rights and democracy promotion, conflict prevention, and development aid focused on the poorest countries and the Millennium Development Goals.
