Summary
A report on increasing the impact of EU development policy. The amendments address European Country Strategy documents and coordination between the Commission and Member States, the aid effectiveness agenda and the Paris Declaration and Accra Agenda, the European Consensus on Development, the European Development Fund, democratic ownership and the role of national parliaments and civil society, and Official Development Assistance focused on the poorest countries.
