Summary
The dossier is an own-initiative report on an effective raw materials strategy for Europe. Amendments concern EU diplomacy on raw materials and rare earths, security of supply, recycling and substitution, international regulatory standards on sustainable mining and good governance, human rights, and cooperation with partners such as the USA, Russia, China and Japan, the WTO, the G8 and the G20.
