Summary
Dossier on the Interinstitutional Agreement on cooperation in budgetary matters and sound financial management 2014-2020. Amendments variously reject, note or welcome the 27 June 2013 political agreement between Parliament, the Irish Presidency and the Commission on the MFF 2014-2020 package, criticise a Council infringement of the TFEU provisions on the MFF, condemn the secretive procedure, and assert Parliament's legislative prerogatives under the Treaty of Lisbon.
