This dossier is the 2010 discharge for the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA). Amendments grant discharge and approve closure of the accounts, and address the Agency's budget execution and high level of carry-forwards (with much operational expenditure committed in December), its project-management software, recruitment delays and unfilled posts, a code of good administrative behaviour, and internal audit recommendations.
