Summary

This dossier concerns the 2010 discharge for the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). The amendments grant discharge and approve the closure of accounts, and address the Agency's funding from industry fees and Union subsidy, deficiencies in procurement and staff selection procedures flagged by the Court of Auditors, recruitment of technical staff from national aviation authorities and industry, conflict-of-interest policy, inspection planning, activity-based budgeting and performance monitoring.
