2010 discharge: European Network and Information Security Agency (ENISA)

This dossier concerns the 2010 discharge for the European Network and Information Security Agency (ENISA). The amendments grant the Executive Director discharge and approve closure of the accounts, and express concern that ENISA was found by the European Data Protection Supervisor to have violated Regulation 45/2001 to the detriment of its staff and sued the EDPS rather than complying with the recommendation.
