This dossier is a recommendation on negotiations of the EU/Azerbaijan Association Agreement. The amendments frame Azerbaijan's role in the Eastern Partnership and the European Neighbourhood Policy, its importance as an energy supplier and transit country including the Southern Gas Corridor, human rights, democracy and the rule of law, the unresolved Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and South Caucasus stability, parliamentary cooperation through EURONEST, and goals of political association and legal approximation.
