A regulation on registration documents for vehicles, part of the 'Roadworthiness package'. The amendments address cancellation, withdrawal, retention and de-registration of vehicle registration, keeping vehicle data in national electronic registers, cooperation between Member States to combat fraud and trade in stolen vehicles, re-registration in another Member State, end-of-life vehicles, roadworthiness tests, delegated acts and the format of the registration certificate.
