Association of the overseas countries and territories with the European Union ("Overseas Association Decision")

This dossier concerns the association of the overseas countries and territories (OCTs) with the European Union (the Overseas Association Decision). The amendments address OCT biodiversity, ecosystems and climate change, indigenous peoples and cultural heritage, trade and regional integration, dialogue and consultation arrangements including an OCT-EU Forum, support for SMEs and sustainable farming, research, education and professional training, free movement of workers, and programming and financing under the EDF.
