EU/Switzerland Cooperation Agreement: European Satellite Navigation Programmes
Non-legislative procedure — consent or opinion on an act.
Through this consent procedure, Parliament gives its consent to the conclusion of the Cooperation Agreement between the European Union and its Member States, of the one part, and the Swiss Confederation, of the other, on the European Satellite Navigation Programmes. The consent was requested by the Council under Article 189 and Article 218(6) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, following the recommendation of the Committee on Industry, Research and Energy. Parliament instructs its President to forward its position to the Council, the Commission and the governments and parliaments of the Member States and of the Swiss Confederation.
No committee amendments are tracked on AmendEU for this procedure; this page follows its roll-call votes in plenary instead.
