This dossier concerns the list of third countries whose nationals are subject to or exempt from a visa requirement. Amendments revise recitals and provisions removing the visa requirement for nationals of Dominica, Grenada, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Nauru, Palau and other listed countries including the United Arab Emirates and Vanuatu, conditioning the exemption on bilateral agreements, and inserting a reference to South Sudan.
