Summary
Report on the priorities for the 2013 budget, section III, Commission. The amendments revise paragraphs on Member States' fiscal consolidation and austerity policies during the crisis, the EU budget as an instrument of solidarity, support for growth, jobs and SMEs, youth unemployment, alignment with the Europe 2020 strategy, redirecting spending towards a green economy and renewables, gender equality in budgetary procedures, and targeted infrastructure investments.
