Summary
This dossier concerns Special report 16/2011 on EU financial assistance for decommissioning nuclear plants in Bulgaria, Lithuania and Slovakia. The amendments address decommissioning of the Ignalina, Bohunice V1 and Kozloduy reactors closed as an accession precondition, delays and disputes over the B1/B2/3/4 spent-fuel projects, ex-ante conditionality, additional Union funding under the Multiannual Financial Framework, and the legal basis under Protocol No 4.
