20 main concerns of European citizens and business with the functioning of the single market

This own-initiative report addresses the 20 main concerns of European citizens and businesses with the functioning of the single market. Amendments cover the energy market, the third energy package, smart meters and transparent billing, and the free movement of services under the Services Directive. Others address the digital single market, roaming and telecommunications, e-commerce and VAT one-stop-shops, SMEs' access to capital and public procurement, and the recognition of e-signatures.
